PHP Programmers Needed!!

Thursday July 12th 2007 - As of immediately (July 12th 2007) Brothers in art (BIA Media Group B.V.) is looking for 2 fulltime PHP Programmers for a period of 3-6 months with possibility to extend to a fulltime contract for one year.

PHP Programmer

You will be responsible for building large scale community websites for the entertainment and TV industry. You are required to take on a lead role within the development of a project together with junior programmers and designers. This position is fulltime on location in our office in Hilversum, The Netherlands. We offer a great salary and a great team to work in.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience, please provide examples of your projects
  • Extensive knowledge of PHP 4 / 5
  • Extensive knowledge of MySQL
  • Experience with OOP
  • Basic knowledge of XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript and DOM

Extra Credit

  • Experience with version control (CSV, SVN)
  • Experience with a high-level programming language (i.e. C++, Java)
  • Experience with Flash AS 2.0 and Flash Remoting
  • Experience with SOAP
  • Affinity with design and usability
