Flash Actionscript Programmer

Listed as of: 20/11/2008

You have solid experience with Flash AS (Action Script) and are interested to learn SSA (Server Side Action Script). You will be working with a series of servers in the Flash Media Server Origin/Edge setup spread over different datacenters around the world (based on load). Together with the Actionscript Guru you will work on various web applications that facilitate streaming audio and video and real-time communications.

Salary indication: 2200-3000 EUR per month

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Actionscript 3.0 OOP
  • Knowledge with Flash RIA development (XML, SOAP, amfPHP)
  • Hands-on experience, please provide examples of your projects
  • Proper English reading, writing and speaking is a must

Extra Credit

  • Experience with Flash Media Server (Edge and Origin Servers)
  • Knowledge of Actionscript SSA (Server Side Actionscript) and Flex 2
  • Experience with Linux Operating System
  • Experience with MySQL Databases
  • Experience with PHP

Interns

We are currently looking for 2 interns who will work together on a new internal project. We will begin building a concept for online communities based on touchscreen based computer systems.
For this we are looking for a Flash Actionscript Developer and a PHP Programmer.
